The species identified on this website represent a nonexclusive list of species protected under the Endangered Species Act that may exist in the identified counties.
This website represents part of a settlement agreement among the Center for Biological Diversity, Center for Food Safety, Defenders of Wildlife, EPA, and registrants of the products identified above. EPA has not completed the Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation process for those products. As part of the agreement, EPA will complete Biological Evaluations for certain products by September 30, 2025, and the remaining products by September 30, 2027 as part of its obligation under the Endangered Species Act. Pursuant to the agreement, this website will be active until either (a) completion of the Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation processes for benzovindiflupyr, bicyclopyrone, flupyradifurone, and halauxifen-methyl, or (b) the parties have agreed that the website can be discontinued.
